My name is Steve Erickson and I founded Contact Sales in 1997. My qualifications include twenty-five years' experience selling electronics products and services in the Minnesota area, beginning with the first electronics sub-contractor in the state. This company supplied bare printed circuit boards, assemblies and electro-mechanical assembly services. Then, with one manufacturing engineer, I helped start a printed circuit fabrication plant. The company is a success today because of the solid customer base built on my relationships with customers, knowledge of the marketplace and uncommon persistence. The next seven years of service in a small and successful manufacturers' representative firm has earned me the reputation as a hard working, technically oriented sales engineer.
Driven by a personal curiosity to truly understand products, I developed a technical and consultative approach to selling. This method fulfills my need to add value to the marketing process and fosters a high degree of customer confidence in my capabilities. This approach provides an effective foundation for introducing new products and resources to my customers.
